Health & Safety Recommendation Reports
Includes: Smoke Alarm Testing, and Electrical Assessment of Switchboard, Insulation Resistance test, Main Earth test, Polarity tests, Light fittings & electrical outlets, to help prevent accidents and create awareness with tenants.

This will contain remedial advice for landlords and property managers.

Cost: $300.00 + GST
Tenants
As soon as you assign a job to us, we will be in touch with the tenant to arrange an install date at a time that is convenient. We pride ourselves on our timeliness with getting remedial work done and on our communication with tenants. As a property manager, this saves you time and money.

We are committed to the safety and well-being of tenants. All staff working onsite have completed Site Safe training and all legal safety standards and the provisions of the Health and Safety in Employment Act 1992 will be adhered to and with minimal disruption for your tenants.
Detailed invoices and quotes
We tailor-make our quotations to suit the property and its' electrical requirements. We are up-front with our pricing and work within budgets.

Arrangement of Healthy Homes Report to determine your property's electrical requirements
We are able to arrange an independent qualified healthy homes specialist to visit your property and provide a report. This report is in relation to the new Healthy Homes Standard and will give you peace of mind that what you are installing, meets this requirement.

We have successfully completed the Master Electricians Quality Assurance Programme and we are certified as Quality Assured Master Electricians New Zealand members. Master Electricians is the only industry organisation for electrical contracting businesses in New Zealand. The Quality Assurance (QA) Programme sets the benchmark for professionalism and workmanship for the electrical contracting industry. We are also proud to share that as part of this certification, we provide a $20,000 workmanship guarantee.
